Ep. 224: Naruto's team lands on Nikasai Island to gather herbs for Tsunade amid seasickness and Guy's illness.
After enduring severe seasickness and Guy falling ill, Naruto's group is forced to land on Nikasai Island. Tsunade had dispatched Sakura Haruno, Ino Yamanaka, and Choji Akimichi to this location to collect specific medicinal herbs and ointments essential for the Fourth Great Ninja War. While Naruto joins their search, they discover that a trio of ninja from Benisu island has monopolized the requested items, selling them at exorbitant prices. During a competition for the final ointment, Naruto intervenes to save the Benisu ninja. Consequently, their leader decides to provide the Konoha ninja with their acquired supplies as a gesture of gratitude and to settle a debt. Following this resolution, Naruto and Sakura part ways. This segment is part of the Paradise Life on a Boat arc.
