Ep. 222: Tsunade Meets Kage to Discuss War Strategy and Naruto's Training

Tsunade travels to the Land of Lightning to confer with other Kage regarding the Fourth Great Ninja War and Akatsuki intelligence. Although she proposes a new independent intelligence unit, she opposes the decision to isolate Naruto Uzumaki and Killer Bee on an island chosen by Ay. After Gaara justifies this strategy, Tsunade agrees but asks Ay to assist in training Naruto to control the Nine Tails' power. The Raikage reveals the selected island is where he and Bee trained in their youth. Tsunade then deceives Naruto, claiming he is on a top-secret S-rank mission to a resort island to meet the octopus, as part of the preparations for the upcoming conflict.
