Naruto, Yamato, Might Guy, Aoba, and three other ninja undertake a top-secret S-rank mission to the Land of Fire port. The bay has been terrorized for over fifteen years by a giant marlin summoned during the Third Great Ninja War, which cannot return to its origin. Using a boat and fishing rod provided by Yamato, the group helps fisherman Yusuke catch the creature to avenge his father. After an intense struggle, Yusuke secures the marlin while Naruto removes a shuriken embedded in its forehead, allowing the fish to return home. The team then departs for the Hidden Cloud.
