Kushina explains that the seal weakens during pregnancy, necessitating her relocation to a secret site with Minato, Biwako Sarutobi, Taji, and an ANBU team. However, Tobi infiltrates the location and kills all the ANBU members, leading to the tragic events surrounding the birth.
