Ep. 6: Junpei meets twin sisters at a temple while navigating cat rivalry and a misunderstanding with Kaede.

The following day at a Buddhist temple, Junpei encounters Kotone Kirishima and Akari Kirishima, twins who possess supernatural sensing abilities and are aware of his curse. They offer to assist him with his situation. The twins own two cats, Tama and Noir, who have a long-standing rivalry stemming from Tama’s pampered status as a rare breed adopted into the temple. While Junpei follows the cats through the neighborhood, he encounters Kaede walking her dogs. Despite the cats eventually resolving their conflict, Junpei fails to hear Kaede speak over the noise, leading to a misunderstanding that causes her to leave in tears. He subsequently apologizes to her for the incident.
