Psychic energy linked to Mew is detected on Cello Island, prompting Ash and Goh to travel there in hopes of finding the legendary Pokémon. Upon arrival, they encounter numerous Pokémon, many of which Goh captures immediately. They soon face Mewtwo, the Clone Pokémon, who agrees to battle both trainers simultaneously. Goh declares his resolve to catch Mewtwo, setting the stage for a significant confrontation. With assistance from Pikachu, Lucario, and Cinderace, Ash and Goh engage in their most challenging battle yet against the powerful creature, fighting with their dreams at stake.
