Ash and Goh enter an eating contest in Vermillion City, accompanied by Dragonite and Skwovet respectively. Team Rocket participates as well, bringing Morpeko. Ash and Dragonite are eliminated in the first round, leaving Skwovet and Morpeko to advance. Before the second round, Team Rocket cheats to eliminate other contestants. The two Skwovet and Morpeko reach the finals. Team Rocket expects victory, but they discover that Morpeko is completely full. Skwovet appears to be in the same situation, facing a similar predicament that challenges their confidence in winning the competition against the hungry Pokemon.
