Liko's group encounters Karna, a Poké Ball craftsman operating a factory for experimental balls. Orla joins them and performs essential maintenance, revealing Karna's neglect of the facility. Impressed by her skills, Karna offers Orla a full-time position. Liko fears Orla might accept due to frequent repair requests from their crewmates. However, Orla explains that life aboard the Brave Olivine fulfills her, as building the ship for Friede inspired her to pursue new challenges. Later, Roy inadvertently provokes a swarm of Galarian Weezing that threatens the factory. Orla inventively helps save the facility from the attack. Following this event, Orla declines Karna's job offer and returns to travel with her friends.
