After the Brave Olivine enters the fog, Liko and Roy discover Ambipom and Toedscruel stealing food before jumping overboard. Suspecting foul play, Friede uses cargo as bait to lure the culprits back into the mist. This strategy reveals a group of thieving Pokémon riding a Wailord. The investigation uncovers that the Lapras is actually the leader of these thieves, having generated the mist to deceive sailors and facilitate the thefts.
