Maylu intervenes, assisting Lan in defeating NovaMan and halting the meteor. Afterward, they observe Duo's comet together, indicating that Maylu has also received the Crest of Duo.

Neo WWW's Plan to Stop Dimensional Areas and the Battle Against Them
Jul 2, 2005Neo WWW formulates a strategy to prevent the creation of Dimensional Areas. SavageMan destroys the Sci-Labs's Dimensional Generator, resulting in his deletion and Famous's hospitalization. During a solar eclipse, receiving Dimensional Area signals from across seas becomes impossible, allowing Neo WWW to launch their attack while Lan is unable to CrossFuse. The original WWW teams up with their old leader, Dr. Wily, to devise a plan against the Neo WWW. They prove victorious, and VideoMan is also deleted.

Jul 9, 2005Lan and Maylu travel to an orbital elevator extending into space, where they encounter Tesla hijacking the structure. She forces them to engage in combat against DesertMan and FlashMan. Utilizing CrossFusion, the pair defeats both opponents, resulting in their deletion. As authorities arrest the remaining Neo WWW members, Tesla disappears without a trace. Simultaneously, the memories of her four subordinates are wiped clean. The situation escalates when Dark MegaMan is revealed to have taken Tesla hostage within her own secret hideout, leaving the outcome of her captivity uncertain.

Jul 16, 2005Darkloids from Dark MegaMan assault NetCity and target Lan in the real world, destroying his SynchroChip. Lan journeys to Sharo's CrossFusion Research Institute where Dr. Hikari works to have the chip repaired. During the trip, Darkloids strike again, but Lan is saved by Raika and Charlie. He is shocked to learn that Charlie has also achieved CrossFusion. This unexpected alliance helps Lan continue his mission to restore his equipment while facing ongoing threats from the invading forces.

During the fight, Dusk, ShadowMan's NetOp, steals Lan's SynchroChip. Ms. Yuri and SpikeMan intervene, allowing Lan to recover the chip. As Dusk escapes, he receives the Crest of Duo. The Darkloids flee, and it is revealed that Dr. Regal is commanding the Darkloids.

Dr. Wily presents Dusk with a chance to live independently by providing a SynchroChip. Using this device, Dusk performs a CrossFuse to rescue the boys, thereby choosing a path outside of his previous life as a hired killer.

Inside, a holographic image tells of an alien race that travels to planets via Duo's comet and destroys civilizations that are deemed dangerous. Slur becomes enraged that the heroes have discovered the past of her race and commands the destruction of the ruins. The children barely manage to escape in time.

CrossFusion members infiltrate Neo WWW tower to rescue Tesla while their Crests fade.
Aug 20, 2005CrossFusion members devise a plan to enter Neo WWW's hideout and save Tesla. Their Duo Crests mysteriously vanish, affecting Chaud, Raika, and Princes Pride first. Count Zap helps Mr. Gauss rescue his niece. The group uses hand scans to bypass security but faces attacks from Darkloids Cloudman and LarkMan inside. They fight their way to the top to confront Dark MegaMan, who reveals Mr. Gauss betrayed them for Tesla. The scans provided Dark MegaMan with data from the faded Crests. As the members flee the tower, Tesla CrossFuses and disappears.

Aug 27, 2005Charlie is surprised to find Tesla sleeping in his apartment. Dark MegaMan attempts to trap Ms. Yuri to steal her Crest of Duo, but she refuses. Dr. Regal then appears and steals the Crest himself. Lan, Charlie, and Tesla fight the remaining Darkloids, deleting CosmoMan and forcing Dark MegaMan to retreat. Dr. Wily explains that Dr. Regal needs the data within the Crests of Duo to access the power within Duo's comet. Dr. Regal has planned this for decades, having already taken Baryl's Crest twenty years ago when Baryl was alive.

Realizing the threat will escalate until Slur is defeated, MegaMan, ProtoMan, SearchMan, and Colonel jack in to battle her directly. Despite their combined efforts, the team proves futile against her power. Slur easily overcomes the four warriors on her own, highlighting the severity of the situation and the limitations of their current abilities in stopping the growing invasion.

Dr. Regal seeks comet power while Dark MegaMan attempts self-deification before deletion.
Sep 10, 2005Three decades after Duo’s comet struck Earth, Dr. Regal intends to traverse space and time to harness its energy. MegaMan, ProtoMan, SearchMan, and Colonel rush through time to stop Dark MegaMan, who was dispatched to assist Regal in accessing the comet. However, Dark MegaMan intends to absorb the power himself to become the ultimate NetNavi. Slur refuses to permit this and deletes him. Before fading away, Dark MegaMan self-destructs, thereby preventing Dr. Regal from succeeding. The heroes return home, and the remnants of Dark MegaMan’s being rejoin with MegaMan’s soul, leading MegaMan to forgive him.

Sep 17, 2005Duo starts erasing the Earth, forcing all thirteen CrossFusion Members to unite against him. Since Baryl has already died, the past and future versions of Dr. Wily collaborate to send him through time and space via the Spectrum program. Upon arriving in Lan's era, Baryl obtains a SynchroChip and utilizes CrossFusion to assist his allies in defeating another asteroid invasion. This temporal intervention aims to provide the necessary support to stop Duo and prevent the destruction of the planet, allowing the team to coordinate their efforts effectively against the ongoing threat.

Sep 24, 2005Bass, empowered by Nebula Grey, deletes Slur. Dr. Regal accesses Duo's power to attack Earth, but Duo kills him before erasing the planet. The CrossFusion Members travel to Duo's comet to escape Earth's destruction. They plead with Duo to reverse the erasure, but he ignores them, focusing on CrossFusion technology. Baryl offers to be absorbed by Duo to help him understand CrossFusion, promising Earth's safety in return. Duo agrees, and Baryl's sacrifice restores Earth. Lan receives a transmission from an elderly Baryl confirming his survival and the return of peace. On the restored Earth, Lan, Maylu, FyreFox, and Chaud hold a fireworks party. Charlie and Tesla cruise, Ms. Yuri returns to Ms. Mari's apartment, Dingo goes to his village, Jasmine visits her grandfather, Raika reunites with his pet dog from Axess, Princess Pride frames a photo from Episode 44's vacation, and Dusk celebrates with World Three at a curry shop.
