Sorata attempts to assist Mashiro with makeup exams, only to find she memorizes practice tests instantly. After she succeeds, they encounter Nanami, who works multiple jobs because her parents refuse to fund her voice acting aspirations. Sorata invites her to the affordable Sakura Dormitory, and she accepts. Nanami volunteers to care for Mashiro but struggles with the responsibility. Meanwhile, Sorata uses the free time to develop a game for a competition. He seeks feedback from Ryuunosuke and realizes his work is far from complete. Later, Sorata finds Nanami asleep at a table and they argue about her excessive workload.
