Ep. 8: Shiki suspects Akiha is Roa after witnessing strange events and suffers a chest wound.

Shiki returns home to find Akiha collapsed following a conversation, with Kohaku assuring him she will recover. He stays by her side overnight. The next day, Ciel asks Shiki to maintain normalcy. At home, Shiki observes Akiha taking blood from Kohaku’s breast. Arcueid explains that Roa reincarnates in families with inhuman traits, leading Shiki to suspect Akiha is Roa. That evening, Shiki follows Akiha and sees her hair turn red. He accompanies Arcueid but leaves her, only to be attacked by a man who sees the same lines as Shiki. The attacker cuts Shiki across the chest. Ciel forces the man to retreat, and Shiki collapses.
