Aired on October 5, 2010

Squid Girl arrives at a beachside diner to declare an invasion of Earth due to ocean pollution, but her small size causes staff to mistake her for a waitress. After accidentally damaging the establishment while swatting a mosquito, manager Eiko Aizawa forces her to work off the debt. Her brother Takeru Aizawa tries to bond with her by pretending to be a squid-person. During a slow rainy day, Squid Girl attempts to capture the siblings to seize control of the stand, but is subdued by the eldest sister, Chizuru Aizawa. As punishment, she must use her ink to prepare squid ink spaghetti, a dish that unexpectedly becomes a popular success among the customers.
