The conflict between Touda and Seimei intensifies as Seimei and his Shinsho struggle against Touda's multi-attack. Takao's subordinate detects Kazane's spiritual power and travels to the underworld, where it is revealed to be the daughter of Chigaeshi no Miko. Takaokami teleports Seimei and his Shinsho back to the real world. Takao and her minion then discuss Guji's plot involving the two worlds with Seimei. Following this discussion, Seimei agrees to assist Takao. Later, at Abe no Seimei's residence, the Shinsho resolves to retrieve Touda, vowing to die if they fail.
