Nonoka realizes Noel’s instability stems from being too far from the saucer and contacts her father to return home. Upon Noel’s safe return, Nonoka reveals that Noel is the saucer summoned seven years ago, explaining why she cannot leave town. Noel later informs Nonoka that she will vanish after fulfilling Shione’s wish for them to smile together. When Nonoka discovers Shione is transferring schools to save Noel, she faces a difficult choice. Shione explains the situation to the group, leading to arguments about who should leave. Ultimately, Noel wishes for everyone to smile together and decides they must part ways.
