Ep. 3: Loid organizes cultural outings and a park incident to prepare Yor and Anya for the interview.

After Yor moves in as Loid’s wife, he conducts a mock interview that both she and Anya fail. To better prepare them for upper-class expectations, Loid takes them to an opera, art museum, and political rally. Anya experiences severe pain from telepathic overload in crowds, causing Loid to doubt the mission. Yor notices his stress and takes him to a park, where they witness a theft. Loid captures the thief, and the grateful old woman remarks on their family-like bond. Inspired, Loid conducts a second mock interview with improved results, concluding that if they can deceive the woman, the mission remains viable.
