Ep. 15: Suzuha details SERN's rise and Okabe fixes her broken time machine to find her father.

Suzuha reveals that SERN constructed a time machine to establish a totalitarian regime in 2036. She intended to travel to 1975 to obtain an IBN 5100 but diverted to 2010 to locate her father. Upon attempting to activate the device, she finds it broken, a consequence of the storm that interrupted Okabe previously. He time leaps two days prior to the time leap machine's completion, informing the lab members and instructing Daru to repair the equipment. Mayuri proposes using Suzuha's father's badge to aid the search. Suzuha provides Okabe with a Divergence Meter to track world line differences and explains his future role leading the resistance against SERN. After a day of searching, Suzuha thanks Okabe, who then receives a lead on her father from a badge maker.
