Hibari wears punk attire to perform with a friend’s band at the school foundation day. Ibari suffers a heart attack after Hibari requests to be treated as his daughter. Hibari sings the ending theme "Kongara Connection" and wins the "Miss Wakaba" contest, attracting male students and jealous girls led by freshman Kaori Hanazono. Kousaku and Tsubame worry about Hibari’s secret being exposed. Kaori notices Hibari’s flat chest and overhears Kousaku call Hibari a pervert, leading her to suspect Hibari is male. She hires delinquents to strip Hibari, but Hibari defends herself. When health check-ups are announced, Kaori plans to verify Hibari’s gender. Kaori and her friends visit the Oozora household, prompting Kousaku to block them. "Hibari" attends school and is pressured to strip by Kaori, revealing actual breasts. It is later revealed that Tsubame disguised herself as Hibari to attend school.
