A suitor annoys Hibari, prompting her departure with Kousaku. Hibari attempts to show Kousaku new underwear, angering Ibari, who insists men wear loincloths, causing another heart attack. Sparta Kotatsu, son of the mad Tatsu, arrives seeking revenge against Hibari but faints upon realizing her identity. Ibari shoots at the perverted Kotatsu with a machine gun, doubting his lineage until Hibari reveals his flatfish face. Tsubame also shoots him after he insults the Oozora sisters. Kotatsu kidnaps Kousaku to force a duel. Hibari fights in a leotard, defeating him with cuteness. He confesses love before being beaten. Hibari rescues Kousaku, tricking him into a hug by feigning exhaustion from the battle.
