Ran and Rui visit a flea market where Midori unexpectedly joins them. After opening a box containing a comb, Rui is transported to the past to assist a girl named O-Ran. His sudden arrival leads locals to suspect him of theft, but he avoids capture by pretending to have amnesia. Rui discovers that O-Ran’s father, a deceased comb maker, had a daughter who vanished. Back in the present, Ran and Midori search for the seller who gave Rui the mysterious box, while Rui navigates the past to uncover the truth about the missing sister.
