Visiting Midori for stomach pains, Ran sees a ghost girl leading them to an injured man, Tatsuhiko, who bears a face mark on his elbow. Using their powers, they uncover the suffering of an unknown girl. Later, they meet an amnesiac man connected to Tatsuhiko and travel to Kitōgami House, the only place he remembers. There, they learn the man is Maruzō, a doctor employed by the family. After inquiring about the face mark, Ran and Midori discover the same mark on Yuri, the granddaughter of the house's head.
