Ran leads the group to the Three Eyes Shrine to locate Reika. Rin employs brute force to distract enemies, allowing Ran and Midori to search for her. They discover a man holding Reika captive because she resembles his deceased daughter. As the man attempts suicide by jumping from a cliff, Reika unconsciously uses psychic powers to save him. He is subsequently arrested for bribery and being an accessory to murder.
