In the first segment, Rei eats a crumb of taiyaki from Ran's cheek and mistakenly believes it is a kiss, leading her to assume Ran has moved on from Lum. The second segment features Ran and Lum at a café, where Ran recalls childhood memories of getting into trouble due to Lum's actions. Overcome with guilt for her past behavior toward her friend, Lum rushes out and forgets to pay the bill. In the final segment, Shinobu and Lum observe Sakura roasting a newt to create medicine. When Sakura reveals the substance can also serve as a love potion, the girls become intrigued. The resulting mixture resembles candy, and Lum convinces Ataru to consume one, leading to unexpected and mixed results.
