A coastal Japanese town is afflicted by a mysterious curse tied to a recurring shape. The spiral, known as uzumaki, appears in natural forms like seashells and whirlpools, as well as in disturbing ways on people and objects. A local young man, connected to a teenage girl, becomes increasingly obsessed with the pattern. His fixation, along with a strange auditory phenomenon, hints at a deeper, unsettling influence.
