Matsuda observes Yawara fleeing in tears and wrongly assumes Shinnosuke harmed her. Later, Sayaka challenges Yawara at a press conference. Jigoro criticizes Shinnosuke’s romantic history. Yawara rushes to watch Jody’s televised match against Russian fighter Anna Teleshikova after Shinnosuke deceives her about his relationship with Sayaka. During the bout, Anna employs underhanded tactics to injure Jody’s left knee ligament, resulting in a serious defeat for Jody.
