Ep. 7: Mizuki proposes living together while Mizuho faces a plant monster threat

Mizuki Fuyumura wakes up to find Mizuho Takatsuki making breakfast and proposes they live together, though she makes a cooking error linked to a past injury. During school, Mizuki worries about ethical boundaries when Mizuho is attacked by a plant monster on her way home. Rinko destroys the creature, but Touko collects a bandage from Mizuki to investigate. Armed with new information, Touko prepares to rescue Mizuki, who is punishing himself for viewing Mizuho as a romantic partner despite her being his biological sister. Mizuho’s desperate refusal to be abandoned scares the monster, leading to a final battle. Mizuki and Mizuho reconcile, restoring their sibling bond after the crisis.
