A hidden district known as the Masked Ballroom allows individuals to shed their identities and transform into beasts using a substance called a “monster supplement. This area, sanctioned by the government, offers an escape from a highly monitored society. In this setting, Reiji, a vampire, and his werewolf companion Tsuki are tasked with maintaining order. They pursue centaurs responsible for hit-and-run incidents and confront dangerous urban legends. Their mission takes a new turn after encountering the “Medicine Witch,” an event that alters the course of their lives.
