Te to Kuchi

In Edo, as cities grow wealthier, so does the population, bringing with it increased conflict. Shusuke is a laid-back, talkative individual who is nearly an apprentice to a merchant, known for his ability to understand people's intentions through conversation. Rie is a refined, traditional woman who is secretly a skilled swordsman, working as a versatile assistant. Both share a connection through their debts to the same individual—Shusuke's merchant mentor and Rie's landlord.
