Shocked by Michael's "news" that Yuu has a new girlfriend and his kiss, Miki is depressed. She wants to hear Yuu's side of the story, but just can't get ahold of him. In America, Yuu is sightseeing with Bill when he runs into An. Although she lives further north, she comes into New York City regularly for violin lessons, and has recovered well from her surgery.
