Shin-chan plays with Shiro so that his mother can get some sleep. When Misae wakes up, she finds Shin-chan fast asleep in Shiro's house. Shin-chan goes for English tuition. The teacher gets annoyed with Shin-chan and sends him home with the frog puppet. Shin-chan goes shopping with his mom and purchases firecrackers.
