Osen

In modern-day downtown Tokyo, Handa Sen, known as Osen, is the star hostess of Isho-an, a popular restaurant in Kasagi-no-yado. She is skilled in multiple areas, including cooking, entertainment, pottery, and art appreciation. The manga follows her as she manages the various events and challenges at Isho-an. Osen often uses the Japanese concept of "wa" or logical thinking to resolve issues. The artwork highlights her in kimono, along with detailed portrayals of pottery and food.
