Entotsu-machi no Poupelle

A town encircled by a 4,000-meter-high wall is perpetually shrouded in smoke due to its numerous chimneys, leaving its residents unaware of the sky's appearance. During the town's Halloween festival, a deliveryman loses the heart he is carrying and abandons the search. The heart remains in the smoky environment, continuing to pulse where it was dropped.
