Action Sci-Fi Thriller

2025年，距離恐怖攻擊導致2020年東京奧運停辦已經過了五年，聯合國接管了東京灣內的舊奧運場地，並在該地運作一個不受日本法律約束的區域。17歲的高中生Hana Togetsu居住於該地區，她是聯合國所屬單位的一員。她被指派潛入位於恩賜島的一所公立高中，以轉學生身分滲入學校，目標是監視她的同學Shunichi Nanase。然而在她行動之前，一名中年男子來到學校尋找Shunichi。情況急轉直下，美國軍隊追著這名男子來到學校。當暴力事件爆發時，一名少女開始前往該島，試圖解決這場危機。
