Under the Dog

In 2025, five years after a terrorist attack halted the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, the UN controls the former Olympic site in Tokyo Bay, operating outside Japanese law. Hana Togetsu, a seventeen-year-old high school student in the area, is part of a UN-run unit. She is assigned to infiltrate a public high school on Enoshima Island as a transfer student. Her objective is to monitor Shunichi Nanase, a classmate. Before she can act, a middle-aged man arrives at the school seeking Shunichi. The situation worsens when U.S. military forces pursue the man to the school. As violence erupts, a teenage girl begins traveling to the island in an attempt to resolve the crisis.
