الحلقة 23: يواجه مات وجو الديون في مطعم ديجيتامامون بينما يسبب ديميديفيمون المتاعب

After leaving T.K. and Tokomon, Matt and Gabumon run into Joe and Gomamon as they being forced to work at Digitamamon's diner to pay off a meal. Though Matt agrees to help Joe with the debt, DemiDevimon brides Digitamamon to keep the boys while setting off a series of "accidents" that makes Matt question Joe's friendship by the time Tai and T.K found them. However, it leads to a violent confrontation between the DigiDestined and Digitamamon as Matt seeing Joe as a true friend allows to have Garurumon digivolves to WereGarurumon and defeats Digitamamon. From there, the team decide to split into two groups: Matt and Gabumon with T.K. and Patamon goes to the mountains while the other group: Tai and Agumon with Joe and Gomamon sails through the lake.
