Megalo Box

Junk Dog is an underground fighter in Megalo Box, a combat sport that uses mechanical limbs called Gear to boost speed and strength. He is forced to lose fights for money under the control of his boss, Gansaku Nanbu. His path shifts when he faces Yuuri, the reigning champion, who defeats him in one round and issues a challenge to prove himself. Inspired, Junk Dog joins the Megalonia tournament, a global competition for the best Megalo Boxer. Without an official name, he adopts the identity "Joe" and starts at the lowest rank. With only three months to qualify, he must compete against unfamiliar and stronger opponents to reach Yuuri and fulfill his challenge.
