Natsuiro no Sunadokei

A high school student decides to confess his feelings to a girl he admires during summer vacation. Before doing so, he meets a mysterious girl who causes him to travel to the future. He discovers that the girl he likes has become his girlfriend but later dies in an accident. Determined to prevent this outcome, he returns to his original time and attempts to alter events to save her life.
