Aoki Densetsu Shoot!

Three high school freshmen, Toshihiko Tanaka, Kenji Shiraishi, and Kazuhiro Hiramatsu, were close friends from junior high, where they played soccer and earned the nickname Kakenishi golden trio for their success with their school team. They enrolled at Kakegawa High, a newly established school, to follow their idol, star player Yoshiharu Kubo. Kubo led the school's soccer team to the top eight in their prefecture during their first season with a team of only freshmen. He declined offers from foreign professional clubs to continue at Kakegawa and guide the team toward the All-Japan High School Championship. As the three friends begin playing for the school, they face challenges, emotional experiences, and setbacks while striving to become the best high school soccer team in Japan.
