Ep. 7: Sinbad survives a vulture-worshipping island after a merchant shipwreck and deceptive feast
Aired on November 12, 1975

7
Following the recovery of his residence, Sinbad and Shera join a merchant caravan, but a violent storm drives their vessel onto an island inhabited by vulture worshippers. The captives are systematically fattened up, with merchants being sacrificed to the birds one by one. Sinbad, suspecting a trap, avoids this fate by using bread dough to simulate weight gain. When his turn arrives, he breaks free from his restraints and flees to a more developed region. This narrative corresponds to the Fourth Voyage of Sinbad the Sailor.
