The group visits the Arakawa barbershop, operated by Last Samurai, who quickly cuts everyone's hair except Sister's. Kou encounters Billy and Jacqueline, a man with a parrot's head and a girl dressed as a bee, but avoids them. Seeking to satisfy Stella and the Metal Brothers, Kou plans an amusement park under the bridge despite lacking personal experience. After three days of failure, the residents construct it themselves, resulting in a strange park with hazardous attractions. Upon receiving the children's approval, Kou recalls a past visit to a park with Seki.
