Hoshi remains depressed after witnessing Nino kiss Kou, leading Stella to drag him around while preparing a meal for Sister. Kou worries about Stella's reaction to Sister's attraction to Maria, a concern validated when Hoshi reveals the secret. Stella becomes furious and vows revenge, eventually confronting Maria. Although Stella is overwhelmed by Maria's superior speed and skill, the two adversaries end up becoming friends. The following day, Hoshi shares his past as a famous musician, explaining how he met Nino and came to wear a star mask. Despite Hoshi's detailed account, Kou doubts the legitimacy of the story he has been told.
