Ep. 10: Hajime defeats monsters and executes Shimizu to protect Aiko's mental health

Hajime defends the village against a monster army while managing Tio’s advances. He dedicates the victory to Aiko, then uses transmuted weapons to slaughter the enemy forces. With magic depleted, Hajime and Shea capture the robed commander, revealing him to be the missing Shimizu. Shimizu confesses to a demon contract motivated by jealousy of his classmates, intending to kill Aiko. He wounds Aiko with a poisoned needle but is shot by a sniper. Hajime eliminates the sniper, heals Aiko with Ambrosia, and executes the dying Shimizu after detecting his deceit. Yue deduces that Hajime killed Shimizu to shift blame away from Aiko, allowing her to recover psychologically without self-recrimination.
