Ep. 6: Hajime and Kaori confront a spirit while reaching the Labyrinth core

Hajime and Kaori explore the dungeon and witness a past peace treaty broken by Ehit. A spirit possesses Kaori, demanding Hajime’s submission, but he refuses and threatens it with magic bullets until it departs. Kaori then exorcises the entity using her own powers. Freed, she kisses Hajime, affirming her love and desire to stay with him despite his feelings for Yue. The pair reaches the Labyrinth core and reunites with the others. A monster that previously attacked the group returns to fight but is destroyed by Hajime, aided by a sentient fish they previously freed. Meanwhile, other students worry about Aiko’s disappearance, unaware she is held captive at the Divine Mountain.
