Ep. 5: The party explores underwater ruins while Hajime addresses Kaori's feelings regarding Yue.

The group leaves Erisen to investigate the underwater ruins of Melousine, which houses the fourth labyrinth. During the battle inside, they face a powerful monster and are forced to retreat. Hajime and Kaori become separated from the rest of the party and continue fighting illusory enemies together. After finding a moment to rest, Hajime confronts Kaori about her inferiority complex compared to Yue, who supported him during his darkest times. He reaffirms his love for Yue and tells Kaori to leave the party if she cannot accept this reality. Meanwhile, at the castle, Aiko is kidnapped by a nun while Lilliana observes the incident from a distance.
