Balalaika hires Rock as her translator for a trip to Japan, with Revy joining them. She negotiates with the struggling Washimine Group and agrees to destroy the Kosa Council for their mistreatment of the Washimines, ordering an explosion at a Kosa base afterward. Revy and Rock attend a festival, where Revy causes a disturbance after losing a shooting game. She is stopped by vendor Ginji Matsuzaki and his companion, preventing a fight. Revy tells Rock her name is Yukio. The next day, Washimine leader Tsugio Bando asks Ginji for help, recalling his feared katana skills. Ginji refuses due to Bando's lack of justice. Meanwhile, Rock visits his parents' home, and Revy plays gunmen with local children.
