Enryuu destroys a building with his shikai, allowing Ichigo to reach Lurichiyo. He reveals Kumoi’s plan to control the clan to Shuu, prompting an attack from Lurichiyo, who is revealed as an imposter. Soi Fon engages Ichigo, enabling Lurichiyo and Kumoi to flee. Kenryuu and Enryuu are captured by Second Division members. Ichigo and Rukia escape with Shuu’s assistance, deciding that Shuu will pose as a hostage. Yamamoto orders a manhunt for Ichigo and Rukia. Soi Fon expresses doubts about Kumoi’s intentions to Yamamoto, who agrees to consider them. Kira shares suspicions regarding Kibune’s actions and ties to the Kasumiouji family with Amagai. Amagai reacts skeptically but instructs Kira to monitor Kibune. This segment belongs to the New Captain Shuusuke Amagai arc.
