Ep. 260: Hisagi and Kazeshini Clash Amidst Rukongai Sword Beast Threats

Ikkaku, Iba, Kira, and Hisagi pursue sword beasts in the Rukongai. Kazeshini, free from Muramasa, briefly engages Hisagi before encountering a dying man who asks him to care for his child. Kazeshini grows annoyed by the child yet shows concern, sparing Hisagi when the child cries. After defeating a beast attacking a woman seeking the child, Kazeshini leaves the child with her to fight Hisagi. In their final confrontation, Kazeshini is hindered by a back wound sustained while protecting the child. He is defeated and reverts to a normal zanpakutou. This event occurs during the Beast Swords arc, specifically episode 5 out of 10.
