Meanwhile, a reporter alerts Terry to events in Chicago regarding his double. Since Charlie is a friend from his past, Terry sends a check to cover the medical costs. Upon her next visit, Candy finds Charlie missing, leaving behind two flowers he crafted, mirroring his mother's past actions. He has been transferred to the prison infirmary.
