Ep. 5: Makina blocked by guards while Ganta fights Senji and Shiro seeks a woman in G-Block

Makina is stopped by Chan and En, bodyguards of the chief director, from entering his office. Ganta faces Senji in a carnival corpse match but struggles because his projectiles drain too much blood, causing anemia. Remembering Shiro helps him recover and strike Senji using the environment. Meanwhile, Shiro and Yoh travel toward G-Block after Yoh learns the location of a woman he seeks. Following his victory, Ganta is horrified to see Senji forced to lose an eye. Yoh uses Shiro as a distraction to escape, witnessing her true destructive power as she possesses the Branch of Sin.
