Ep. 5: Bulma's Group Encounters the Desert Bandit Yamcha and His Cat Puar

Bulma coerces Oolong into joining their party, believing his transformation skills will prove useful. After their boat runs out of fuel, the group must trek across the desert, a region rumored to be inhabited by the dangerous bandit Yamcha. During their journey, Yamcha and his shape-shifting companion Puar launch an ambush. Goku engages Yamcha in combat, and although Yamcha employs the Wolf Fang Fist believing he has secured victory, Goku manages to rise. When Yamcha prepares to strike again, he spots Bulma. Overcome with nervousness around females, he panics and flees the scene immediately.
